We were proud to stand with our LGBTQIA+ community in this year’s Houston Pride Parade. Celebrating love, equality, and the vibrant diversity that makes our city stronger. This year marked a proud and historic moment for us, as Officer Jo Jones was selected to serve as one of the Grand Marshals in the parade. This is the first time in HPD history that one of our own has received this honor, and it’s a direct reflection of the tireless, compassionate, and deeply impactful work Officer Jones has done as our LGBTQIA+ liaison.
