This Intellectual Property & Content Ownership Policy (“Policy”) governs the rights, restrictions, and protections associated with all materials provided by Yet Fry (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through https://yetfry.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including but not limited to courses, eBooks, videos, guides, code samples, templates, graphics, and written content (collectively, “Content”).

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All Content made available through the Site or Services is the exclusive property of Yet Fry or its authorized licensors.
Content is protected under U.S. copyright law, international copyright treaties, trademark law, trade secret law, and other applicable intellectual property rights.
No ownership rights are transferred to users by accessing or purchasing Content.

4. Remedies for Infringement

- Recovery of attorneys’ fees and enforcement costs
Yet Fry may also issue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices against infringing content posted online.

5. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Revisions to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Revisions will be noted with a “Last Revised” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
